summary:

Rashomon was an interesting project balancing modern stylized imagery along with timeless story.  The guiding idea behind the projections design for this show came in two parts•Aid in time passing
•Add a contemporary touch to a story that is otherwise in the past

The content for this show was about 95% new work—meaning very little was purchased stock footage / imagery.

This involved heavy videography work including:
•Time-lapse generation
•Computer Generated Imagery
•Extensive edition

Another large design ideal in this show was to constrain some of the projections to various moving panels.  Three of these panels were flown in and out throughout the show and there were two stationary ones upstage.
